Summary:
Provides critical liaison role between regional field sales teams and centralized functions. Provides support and facilitates communication through operational, administrative, project coordination and reporting responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide coordination and liaison activities between the assigned regional sales team and Marketing Operations, Compliance/QC, and Community Relations teams, as well as the corporate training department to support the approval and implementation of regional events.
2. Ensure communication and follow through between functional areas to support regional sales activities (e.g., disseminate updated information to regional sales management, coordinate approval and delivery of Foundation checks to the appropriate parties in the established time frame).
3. Track and coordinate regional inventory of collaterals and supplies, as well as reordering and distribution through Marketing Operations.
4. Perform various administrative, clerical and project coordination functions such as word processing, filing, copying, mail routing, producing reports, and preparing correspondence for the regional sales team.
5. Coordinate standing meetings, including (but not limited to) scheduling, preparation and distribution of materials, tracking follow-up items, taking and distributing meeting notes.
6. Ensure proper and accurate submission of all events requests to obtain AHCA approval.
7. Maintain Community Relations Balance Sheet to reflect updated figures allocated to events/activities.
8. New Membership and Medicaid eligible Tracking.
9. Collaborate with State Event Coordinator to set up and maintain coding for sales events and sales locations.
10. Produce monthly and as-needed reports on new member origin.
11. Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education
Required:
- Two-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Years and Type of Experience Required:
Preferred:
- A minimum of two years experience in a business environment.
Specific Technical Skills
Required:
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Language Skills
Preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Other:
Required:
- Able to work well and produce high quality results under the deadline pressure.
- Able to manage multiple tasks; use goals to guide actions; organize, schedule and execute tasks.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to operate a computer.
- Must be able to operate a telephone.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
